These terms govern your use of GEOpta. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
GEOpta measures and helps improve how AI answer engines reference your brand. Results are estimates based on live AI outputs and may vary; they are not guarantees of rankings or outcomes.
You are responsible for your account credentials and the activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to submit any brands or websites you add.
Paid plans are billed via Razorpay on a recurring basis until cancelled. Scan allowances and top-up packs are described at checkout. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Don't abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, resell access without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
GEOpta and its content are owned by Dribblesoft. You retain ownership of the data you submit and grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, GEOpta is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
